Fashion is used in different ways such as clothing, culture, religions etc.
Fashion is a way to express one's self. Many teenagers show their ideas and opinions by the way they look. They may want to look unique and individual It helps people to make their first opinion of you and can influence the opinions and ideas of other people.
Fashion has changed over the years, long dresses, miniskirts, and bell bottoms are examples of clothing items that were once in style. Clothing fashions that keep coming back in style are known as classics. Khaki pants, polo shirts, and simple dresses are all examples of classics. One of the most worn type of clothing is jeans which is worn by almost everyone as its very casual.

Anorexia nervosa

Anorexia nervosa is a very dangerous illness. It causes eating disorder ,string desire to me thin or loose weight. It may sound normal but it causes so much damage to our body.many people who have anorexia consider themselves as over weight even if they are underweight.people who suffer from this disease only eats small potions of food ,they have eating restrictions, they weigh themselves often. Some exercise a lot, more than required, they force themselves to vomit. Many jobs like modelling, dancing etc value thinness. And not to mention the communities appreciating thinness. But now is the time to eat, build muscles and make your bones stronger .So don't worry about your weight. You can think about that when you are older.I had read about a lady with anorexia. She had developed an eating disorder when she was very young, and she thought she was very fat.Every night she would do 50 push ups and on her way back from school she would run 11 kilometers . She felt ashamed to eat in front of anyone. Atlast she reached a point when she couldn't even move.So to conclude i want to tell all you lovely people not to worry about your weight it this age.

How Music Influences People

Music can often distract people and cause influential changes in peoples life. People such as Micheal Jackson has influenced the lives of Beyonce,Lady Ga Ga, Bruno Mars and much more. Music can have such an impact in our life that we may find our self acting and dressing like a certain music artist. Sometimes music can have subliminal messages in them telling us what to do such the Beatles's song “Help” contains an interesting reverse music backward message. This song was recorded at around the time the Beatles began to experiment with drugs. The reversal says. “Now he uses marijuana.” There is no superimposed soundtrack and the chorus also sings marijuana in the background. We may unintentionally sing these songs and get attracted to their catchy tunes but little does anybody know of the hidden messages in their songs. For example in Beyonce's hit song "Single Ladies (Put A Ring on It) there is a hidden message when you reverse the sing you get”Lean on me. Follow Lucifer. People are scared. Evil..No one might escape. People are scared. The world will bow down to Lucifer. Follow Lucifer. The world will not have fun. The world will bow down to me. Peoples’ tears fall. Ha ha ha, ha ha ha. Lean on me. Light & Darkness (repeated). He’s evil. Get in my head.“. Music artist often use this to their advantage and poison people's mind, mostly the youth ,and this is why music is very influencing to people and can be very dangerous as they can enter people's mind and change them.

Mental Health Disorder

Mental health disorder is very common in young adults as they are not as experienced as adults are with life. Young adults often go into depression, anxiety, ADHD, and much more.

Depression is a horrible disorder who's hobby is to fool around with people's feelings. He hurts everyone, makes them cry, feel awful and sometimes even kill themselves. There are 7 different types of depression which I will talk about today.

Major Depression- Major depression involves low mood and/or loss of interest and pleasure in usual activities.

Dysthymic Disorder- The symptoms of dysthymia are similar to those of major depression but are less severe.

Melancholia- This is the term used to describe a severe form of depression where many of the physical symptoms of depression are present.

Psychotic Depression- Sometimes people with a depressive condition can lose touch with reality and experience psychosis.

Cyclothymic Disorder- Cyclothymic disorder is often described as a milder form of bipolar disorder.

Bipolar disorder- Bipolar disorder used to be known as 'manic depression' because the person experiences periods of depression and periods of mania, with periods of normal mood in between.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)- SAD is a mood disorder that has a seasonal pattern. The cause of the disorder is unclear; however it is thought to be related to the variation in light exposure in different seasons.

Phobias

Phobias

So phobias...I have heard of pretty crazy phobias so far like  Aviatophobia - fear of flying, Barophobia - fear of gravity or Chaetophobia - fear of hair I know what are you thinking human beings are afraid of basically everything but there is one phobia that caught my attention Phagophobia can you guess what this means… fear of swallowing.
Now imagine every food in the world is like a poison scary right. Phagophobia may lead to fear of eating, and the problem of malnutrition and weight loss. In milder cases a phagophobe eats only soft and liquid foods.

       Symptoms of Phagophobia

  •            A sudden disinterest in most foods or liquids.
  •            Severe weight loss
  •            Increase in general anxiety or depression.

  Treatment for Phagphobia

The focus of most therapies will be on chewing and making sure the food can easily be swallowed, followed by a drink of water. The types of foods will gradually increase in density until the patient is fully comfortable eating and swallowing food. Eventually, the gag reflex should no longer be triggered by eating and many patients are able to overcome their phagophobia.

Disorders

Disorders

Disorders - What is it? What does it mean? These are the questions that come to your mind there is a huge list of disorders but I don’t have the time the read it.

Well I can certainly talk about the most common and familiar one, it is called OCD its full form is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

It is a mental disorder where people feel the need to check things repeatedly, or have certain thoughts repeatedly examples like did I leave the car on? Or did I forget my keys? and then your brain in just wasting time thinking about it.

People are unable to control either the thoughts or the activities. Common activities include hand washing, counting of things, and checking to see if a door is locked.

There are levels to this disorder people reach a certain level that I simple thing like coloring outside the line irritates them. This can be cured if treated it the right way.

Do you have OCD?

This can also disturb your daily life in many different ways.

Signs and symptoms of having OCD

  • Fear of germs or contamination
  • Having things symmetrical or in a perfect order
  • Cleaning /or handwashing
  • Ordering and arranging things in a particular, precise way

                      SOUL OF THE WORLD

Hi!! today I'm going to talk about music. So what really is music ??

Music comes a Greek word Mousike, which simply means the art of muses.Music is a sound that has been organised using rhythem , melody or harmony. Like if you bang the table , it creates noise. But if you bang it in a rhythmic way , it simply creates music . Music has developed a lot since the prehistoric times.

In many cultures, music is an important part of people's way of life, as it plays a key role in religous rituals, rite of passage ceremonies (e.g.marriage ), social activities (e.g.,dancing) and cultural activities.

"Composition" is the act or practice of creating a song or other piece of music. In many cultures, including Western classical music, the act of composing also includes the creation of music notation, such as a sheet music, which is then performed by the composer or other singers or musicians.

There are also different genres in music like jazz , salsa or rock. My personal favorite is romantic

MUSIC IA A PIECE OF ART THAT GOES
IN THE EARS
STRAIGHT TO THE HEART
