True Personality

The qualities that define a person is the reflection of their personality. Questions on personality have vexed mankind since the early beginnings. It is hard to assess our own personality, and almost impossible to overlook that of others.

Understanding our own personality helps us in making key decisions such as career choices.  Have you heard the terms 'Introvert' and 'Extrovert'?

Extroverts are outgoing and Introverts  are shy, right?  Not exactly.  Truly understanding each personality type - and which one you are - can help you manage a vast range of experiences.

Extraversion

The energy of extraverts is outward, towards people and things. At work, they seek variety, action and achievement.  They like working with other people.

Introversion

The energy of introverts is inward toward concepts and ideas. The don't need external stimulation.  Their attitude is reserved and questioning.  At work they prefer to work alone and seek quietness for concentration.

If you are an introvert, you might be best suited for a career as an author or a scientist. Meanwhile extroverts are a better fit in the boardroom as executives or as physicians.
